Really great company to work for, great benefits such as pay and holiday. The CEO's were extremely easy to get along with and helpful, who interacted daily with me and colleagues.

Excellent workplace with great culture, but limited progression and internal movement opportunities
Personal Assistant (Current Employee) –  Wrexham, WLS25 January 2016
Excellent training is provided and you feel really comfortable with the job before joining your team.
After about 6 months you start to gain your own clients which diversifies the job a lot. You are responsible for managing their queries and any problems that arise, liaising with them frequently to maintain the business relationship and continue providing the service as per their requirements.
There is a strong community feel to the company despite it being quite large and you do feel a large sense of responsibility for upholding the Moneypenny brand as well as that of your clients.
Excellent bonuses, strong work culture, provides really strong business experience
Limited progression

Productive workplace.
P.A/Receptionist (Former Employee) –  Wrexham20 March 2013
A typical day at Moneypenny, is to answer calls for other companies on their behalf. You would need to stay friendly, positive throughout each phone call as not only did you represent Moneypenny, you also represented the company/client your are taking the call for.
Learnt a lot of new skills, and updated old skills after the training on computers and typing.
All the team was a friendly atmosphere.
The hardest part of the job for me, was working within different departments as I excelled in most and struggled with two.

Enjoyed meeting new people and developing my new skills.
benefits within the company such as cheaper lunches.
training was misguided.
