In a typical day I would, manage and delegate work to the team.
Deal with any complaints
Give Positive and negative feedback to the team regarding their productivity and quality of work
Support the Team Leader
Manage my own work by prioritising and delegating
Communicate any changes or updates to the team
I work well with my colleagues within the team and regularly deal with other colleagues from other teams.
Hardest part of the job is when you don't have enough resource through sickness/holidays and you need to manage the high volumes of work
