An average place to work. Good work life balance. Large company that has several devisions. Progression can be slow dependant on who you know. Not enough merit on individuals experience and qualifications.
An average days work is mainly office based dealing with paper work. Good flexible work times . Training can be on going mainly done internally.

Administrator (Current Employee) –  St. James's Park Station10 April 2017
Interesting and varied you get to learn about how the parole process works and get to sit on hearing and visit prisons. Staff very nice and always willing to support although managers are very clicky and pick and choose staff to promote. I would stay but poorly paid.

Poorly paid

Vetting Administrator (Current Employee) –  Newport, WLS20 January 2014
You are a part of very busy team, required to work under pressure and expected to meet deadlines. You get the support from your team and advice from managers how to mantaing or improve your working style. We leave the office when everybody is finished, if someone struggles - the rest is ready to give a hand. Bubbly but professional people
Pros
good salary
Cons
late hours
