Created in April 2017, Her Majesty's Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) is a new agency in the Ministry of Justice, covering 121 prisons and employing over 42,000 staff. Our mission: to protect the public and rehabilitate people.
We work with our partners to carry out the sentences given by the courts, either in custody or the community.

The prison service in UK is broken. They have a wealth of knowledge from former Servicemen like myself. However, Senior management is not prepared to tap into this free and willing commodity.
