Great to an extent
I have enjoyed most of my time working for the company but it all depends on you manager. They send you on loads of courses and teach you a lot. You always work over your contracted hours with no extra pay or time back. Taking your holiday is often difficult and if its not taken you just lose it. A lot of the extra stuff you do can go unappreciated and they rely on the team always doing extra for nothing. Its a great opportunity if you have it would just recommend making sure its a good manager.
Pros
Discount across brands
Cons
Long hours

Not the best
Dont get paid enough for what you do unfortunately. If you have a family forget it. They demand too much of your time with very little reward or thanks. Its sad but true.
Pros
50% off food when working
Cons
long hours, if your face doesnt fit you wont move up
