Too long for a shift due to being understaffed
The hours were hard when I was there because of a shortage of staff, but I was never forced to do any ridiculous hours, I would often do a split day so work all day (9am-11pm) with a big break in between, and was happy to do so, the hours are long but in comparison to other Chef work, really not bad at all

If you are hourly paid it is your choise
Absolutely appalling, part time contract and you get given full time hours
