Management don't look after their staff, they treat the staff like children and I honestly felt like I was being used to pick up the slack from staff that weren't turing up for their shifts and when I wasn't needed as much it felt like I was being bullied.
What would you suggest Miller & Carter management do to prevent others from leaving?
Treat the staff professionally and like adults, put a stop to gossip and bullying rather than adding to it. Look after their staff and don't overwork them when its busy, don't take away breaks as regardless of peak times breaks are legal requirement when you are working over a certain amount of hours. Don't have favourites and maybe take a lesson in how to be a good manager.
No. You don't have a say. Iv you ask for a day off they shift you on so your forced to swap. If someone says no you will have to work regardless if you needed a day off
When you've been with the company for over a year you get access to shares and a pension plan based on how much you earn.
