Unrealistic - senior management want their work done for them at the drop of a hat. no appreciation for hardwork and effort you put in. everything is manipulated to publicly create a great picture, but staff are forced to formally write positive stuff about the company, even the 'colleague questionnaire' is bonus linked so why would you tell the truth if its financially limiting given the salary is poor - unless you COO and above in which case its disproportionately high for what they do.
