Excellent and rewarding job
The organisation has undergone a lot of changes and management structure The people are great the management lack in understanding and in many cases exactly what the job and what they are asking of staff requires and have no empathy for its staff this is mainly due to forced financial cut back anyone looking to join can make the most of the opportunity with the right attitude
I would only recommend if the child is some what misbehaving at times
