Went to work in the morning, pick up an application for applicants applying to work with children and vulnerable adults, processed the application by doing background checks on the Police National Computers and all other Governmental Agencies.
Obtaining results from Courts.
Found out that the applicant had a conviction that disqualifies him to work with children and vulnerable adults.
Highlighted this offence and passed it on to my Line Manager.
The Manager then forward the application to the Disclosure Team.
At the end of the day, i was called upon by manager, telling me that i've done an excellent job by find out a convicted applicantt who is seeking out employment to work with children and vulnerable adults
At the end of year its something good with regards to one appraisal
