I hope they get some more money from the government to get more police out on the beat and leave the office work to the ordinary staff

Take closer consideration when placing staff in certain departments. Shouldn't always be left to those single people to stay on shift.
People making excuse up to go home with no consequences taken again them.
No support given to staff when needed. Hardly questions asked when they have been dealing with serious issues
Nope, not currently, though technology is making some roles fit for WfH. But to get the bad guys is a full commitment job. You need to work together and help each other, and that means being together and team working.
