You work 6 days straight, then you get two days off!! And on those two days off, they will call you none stop!! Leave you voicemail or get your co workers who have your number to call you. You work 6 weeks till you get one weekend off!! If they are short on that weekend, they can change the rota. RUN!!

I was embarrassed. They advertise the job on the NHS page, but they are not NHS!! Never in me life felt so depressed working for this company. On me first week there, I Started looking for a new job. Worst Job I ever had!! Your mental health is important. I know we need to pay bills, you are better off applying somewhere else. I was there for 5 months and more than 15 staff left. Staff members will leave every month.

Dreadful. You can never tell what mood certain managers are going to be in and spend days walking on egg shells. There is no decent training. No performance reviews. No team meetings.
