6 monthly reviews or if you want you can have 3 monthly reviews. Pay is always good as they work to keep the best people there. They are realistic on performance for the first 6 months, they want you to succeed as they put a lot of time into training staff.


28 days, they are good if you need appointments or emergency leave, as long as colleagues are not left propping up too many people off. Managers aren’t “precious” they will gladly cover any role themselves for staff to have leave.


Every employee has an informal meeting on a Monday, feedback , suggestions and support is given. Your encouraged to also give feedback on the business and how the week has gone,Clear deliverable objectives are agreed and there’s always somebody to help.


It’s hard and they are honest at interview, but mostly people leave because they’ve exaggerated their skills, commitment or ability to do the job at interview, which is often difficult to test or challenge. Once they start , I think they expect it to be a scripted call centre, customer service role, but it’s not it’s sales , targets and quality control.
