Was made to feel worthless so decided to escape and management was childish when I said I was leaving
The managers made me feel worthless due to the lack of respect and horrible lack of understanding when I had to change my personal life forced to to change my availability. I still work there but hopefully not for long.
Terrible management. I didn't feel part of a team led by fair and caring managers. I felt like just another number with managers who didn't enjoy their jobs nor listening to their staff.

I haven't yet left my job, however I would much like to explore work in the retail industry, especially fashion. I hope to pursue a life long career in fashion, therefore gaining experience in retail will greatly help me.
