It looked like a circus - literally.
Me and five other candidates were dressed as Ronald McDonald - makeup and all - and forced to sing, dance and juggle for three hours straight. Right at the end, the interviewers burst out laughing and told us all to get lost.

You are likely going to beade to take it out in order to complete the OJE. But I would advise contacting the recruitment manager who will tell you for sure or may rearrange your OJE for a later date when you can remove the piercing.
