I am studying a levels and am still expected to work around 30 hours a week sometimes. Often I work 5/6 hours without a break or even a drink sometimes. Shifts are not given around the availability I provided the company with. I have no work/ life balance. Not showing up to a shift would result in a discipline, despite it not being in my availability.
