They can be quite hard at times due to having 3 different shifts (days/mids/nights) so it's hard to adjust to them but if you are used to that or can get used to it then you won't have any problems.

One of the night shift patterns means you finish on a Saturday morning so you get less of a weekend but not everyone does this shift pattern.

Sick pay is paid in full after 12 months.
