My interview seemed pretty laid back, I dressed smart, as you would for an interview, but seemed pretty easy. No exact steps, they screened my passport, did a background check and for back to me as quickly as a day or two.

It is based down to many factors - they can be flexible for basic staff and if part-time but as you climb the ladder the hours become more set and longer. Depends on your role in the company and supportive management

On weekends, during the summer and Christmas time it would be frantic. Not helped by the bare minimum staff employed and those in management not pulling their weight whilst on shift.
