I went there on the 14th Jan and they let me go on the 8th Feb. Reckon I wasn't as far forward as they thought I'd be. First week no access to system second week training along with next 2 days. Thought that was a bit harse so be careful if your giving up a job to go their

To work at Marston's you have to be 16 or over to work as a waiter or waitress or kitchen staff. However if you want to work behind the bar you have to be 18 or over as you would be serving alcohol.
