COURT ENFOREMENT OFFICER (Current Employee) –  London11 June 2018
Dont believe what you are sold at the pre interview presentation.

Its dog eat dog against other agents. Van hire costs are excessively high. Expect to have weeks without earning anything. Management favour individuals to others detriment.

Although they sell the role as being self employed, everything is monitored even your location.
Pros
You are your own boss, to a degree.
Cons
Hours are have to be long and their is an expectation of weekend working

Interesting work
lower level manager (Former Employee) –  various6 June 2018
Interesting work, no two days the same, learned about enforcement rules and regulations, management team are somewhat lacking, in the delivery of difficult messages and prefer lower level management to handle on their behalf. hardest part of job = getting a decision made, most enjoyable part of the job = some of the people

Enforcement Agent (Certificated) (Current Employee) –  London, Greater London7 November 2017
Training is 1st class, in field training with experienced EA's is fantastic and before you decide to join there is a 2 day "day in the life" induction
No 2 days the same, you can start when you want although preferably by 6.00am onward as best time to meet customers at home.Start from home, company van supplied but not compulsory.
Management are always at the end of the phone no matter what the situation, no question is avoided they have helped me all the way.
Some days you don't meet any customers but that is nature of the job, you revisit at another time.
Best part of the job is the freedom, work hard and the rewards are there.
Pros
Very flexible work life balance, excellent equipment
Cons
lots of reworked warrants

Enforcement Agent (Current Employee) –  Slough, Berkshire26 July 2017
Your area is dependant on whether or not you will make money.
Some areas have too many agents.
The training is excellent. They update you regularly on new legislation changes and client commands which can be confusing!
