Negotaiating with Landlords and Tenants, drawing up Tenancy agreements and conducting both viewings and inspections.
It was good experience and a valuable stepping stone to other things.

Enjoyable company
Fleet & Facilities Officer (Current Employee) –  London29 October 2017
Typical day is looking after the company's 29 offices, which is managing the service desk where all maintenance and office move enquires come through.

I've been on two IOSH courses, I now carry out H&S checks on all offices as well as Head Office. Also the fire warden for Head office.

I spent a lot of my week out in the offices carrying out office inspections, making sure the office reflect the company brand.

Lettings Negotiator (Current Employee) –  Kensington and Chelsea, ENG26 January 2015
work involved long hours, commission based pay, management was very draconian, little work life balance, but a great degree of autonomy.
