worst place
Warehouse Team Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Castle Donington, Leicestershire15 May 2018
Worst place where to work,
almost every manager trying to stab other people in back only for they own benefits, dont see any options to progress only if you are mates with manager.

Work Experience (Former Employee) –  Harrogate, North Yorkshire14 May 2018
I enjoyed my work experience and gained a lot of knowledge, but unfortunately there were no permanent positions available. My typical day was working with some good colleagues who supported me during my shift, I learnt how to stock rotate and organise on-line orders.
Pros
Worked close by.
Cons
No permanent position

Good company to work for
Customer Assistant (Former Employee) –  Lisburn11 May 2018
Good company to work for, care a lot about their staff and their customers. A typical day in the cafe involved many different tasks; operating tills, making coffees, preparing food, waiting on tables, washing up a as well as running a smaller cafe station which was at times a mixture of all jobs run single handedly

Bullying culture with incompetent managers
Assistant (Current Employee) –  Salford Quays, Greater Manchester11 May 2018
Work volumes are unmanageable most of the time and mangers offer no support other than to tell you to get on with it. Management is weak and their approach to team members is disrespectful at best. They do not reward high performance, instead those who follow managers around like lost sheep are promoted into positions they they cannot deliver in. Certain senior managers do not follow the correct processes and procedures and allow their preferred team members to get away with under performance and, even worse, to try and ensure they get away with the bullying of other team members. Management make unfounded threats to try and protect themselves and do not have the skills to effectively manage their teams.
I have experienced a bullying culture and even when it is reported no action has been taken.
This company do not care about your development or well being at work, you are just a number who can be replaced.
Pros
None
Cons
Low salary, weak management, bullying culture

Treated like a slave
Sales Advisor (Former Employee) –  Manchester, Greater Manchester10 May 2018
The management is awful, even the hR manager is horrible and treats you awful. Soooooo under appreciated, also if you work nights you get 'time and a bit' which is just disgusting, I worked a 12 hour shift over xmass period. They 100% need to invest better in management. They work you like crazy for such low pay. Hardest part of the job is how cold it is and being on a till for 5 hours straight.
Cons
long hours, low pay, cold

Fast paced Business
Commercial Manager (Current Employee) –  Biggleswade, Bedfordshire10 May 2018
Although routines and processes remain consistent every day throws up new challenges when in Management. The business has a culture of customer first and they are always the priority. The part of the job I find most enjoyable is coaching and seeing people grow and develop.
