M and S are a create business to work in.

Staff are really nice and the business has a great structure.

There are lots of small perks like staff discount, free food, free parking.

The pay is also very good at 8.50 an hour.

Only fault is if you are new, you will be on a temp contract for a while and the chances of the business not renewing your contract is high.

Always on the go; moving from stocking shelves to manning tills to organizing date expired foods.

Great for persons starting out in retail as the management and staff are very helpful in teaching and showing the ropes.

Hardest pert of the job is staying on your feet.

Was not getting to do the job I was employed to do

Had to leave as was not doing the job I was employed to do as we were short staffed and I had to go on the tills and help out in the café most days that I was on shift.
