Sales Assistant (Former Employee) – Bank, London – 13 March 2018
I worked in the big M&S in Bank, it was all ways busy. All the staff where friendly and helpful, and it was very easy for me to settle in. There was a lot of movement and I would often need to cover different departments.
Kidswear as assistant product technologist (Former Employee) – London, Greater London – 5 March 2018
Working for m&s is one of the most amazing experiences of my life. The support and development is the best possible holding courses in house or arranging with London fashion college professors. Available for all levels, training is always encouraged. People are lovely to work with and very understanding and patient.
Keeping social and happy is important so regular outings as teams are always great.

Marks and Spencer is a wonderful place to work. It's also a funny and tide place - I've been in more then one shop and everywhere is same good place. If you are looking for a nice and serious retail to work - Mark's and Spencer is the right place.

Sales Assistant (Part-time) (Former Employee) – London, Greater London – 15 February 2018
Loved working at M&S. Because I'm quite easy going I don't pay attention to rude customers or staff however a lot of my colleagues disliked the way they were treated by customers. Management could be better but overall a good place to work out and you get enough salary to be able to ignore the customers.
Customer Service Assistant (Current Employee) – london – 7 February 2018
Typical day includes unloading cages, shelving, maintaining a clean and safe environment for colleagues and customers, Ensuring products are available for shop floor such as gap managing and stock checks.
M&S is generally a lovely place for work, the company care for your health and safety and have interest in your personal progression. I learnt how a simple change of display can improve sales. To achieve in any leading retail supermarket you would have to work fast pace, have lots of energy and be willing to go out and beyond.
The most challenging part for me was when working on day where staff numbers are low and the customer service demand is high.
Team Leader (Former Employee) – London, Greater London – 1 February 2018
It was ok however some of the management were not professional and made it difficult for all the staff members , i was a hard worker so I didnt get much grief. My colleges were wonderful so meeting them was a plus. Most enjoyable part was working with the staff members we had in our team. Hardest part of the job was maybe doing deliveries 6am by yourself . I have learned that in order to work peacefully do not bring in your personal life to work.
