First of all you check in at the information desk where they give a visitor badge and they take you to the interview room/waiting area. The woman who took my interview first of all did a role play exercise where you are Left to study certain foods for about 5-10 mins and then the person re-enters the room to then begin the exercise . The exercise consists of the person pretending to be the customer , and you the customer assistant to where you answer questions and help sort food out for them for the appropriate scenario . The assessor then leaves the room to then make notes of how you did , and you are left to do a quick self analysis oh how you did as well . If you are then successful the manager will enter and do a proper interview with you , and then go out to compare notes with your role play task . If they approve of you and feel you would be a good candidate for the job then they will talk next steps with you on available Positions and shift patterns ,and to gather some personal information from you. Best of luck everyone!!!!
I applied online and took an assessment. Then I received a phone call to attend an interview after which I attended a 3 day group training session and offered employment at the end of the group sessions.
