Be aware that you have to serve between 13 and 26 weeks 'probationary' period where you are paid less than your colleagues (£8 as opposed to £8.75) Something that is not advertised. They are in no hurry to take you off it even if you are fully capable and trained. So, considering most temp jobs never last that long you will never be paid the advertised rate.
