I spent 12 years here. It changed from a decent company with reasonable objectives, to a profit focused company supplying big bonuses for upper management. The job is varied and interesting, but the only measure valued by management is how much money you make for them. This is sad as its a non-profit organisation whose only asset is its staff. Staff turn over is now high, experience in the business has been lost, and anyone with different opinions is sidelined.If that's your bag, then you'll enjoy working for BSi.

Middle and senior management.....jobsworth central. Very poor leadership section and style.
