Applied for a job with an advertised salary of £18,900 with an increase after a qualifying period. One week into my training. They tell us that the advert which I used to apply for a job is mid July. Was withdrawn on July 1st. Which was a total lie. Then the condescending coordinator tells me it's only £41 per week difference and I should accept it.
- Poor salary + No wage rise in 2 years (and i mean just standard of living increase). Not just confined to myself, I was tol by management that colleagues hadn't had in an increase in 5+ years - Management ignore serious complaints re: conduct against management but hold other staff to higher standards. - Bullying by some managers, witnessed personally - Culture is abysmal. No incentives - literally a 'no frills' company. Even asked to log in on Christmas day??? - No working from home policy, no work/life balance - Dependency leave for kids treated as 'sickness' and used to discipline you
Was a target based job with interviewing and screening curriculum vitae. Team work was essential individual targets and team targets must be met with incentives opportunities to grow within the company
