I have no complaints...very good company to work for...good health care...managment and staff were very easy to work for...very good holiday entitlement

A very interesting and competitive job have learned a lot over the years in many different aircraft would like to get back to work as I enjoyed the work

i have worked for Manpower for over 4.5 years,never had a problem at all over the years.office staff are helpful and try to solve queries without any fuss.
Pros
good wages and holidays(depending on which assignment you are on.
Cons
no job security, after all it is a recruitment agency and none of them can offer security.
BT retention advisor Belfast
I worked as a retention advisor in belfast
Firstly we were told the job was BT sport - first lie
We were told that it would be 1 sunday in 4 - second lie.
We were told 1 Saturday in 3 - biggest lie, we worked 3/4 Saturday's per month.
Any public holidays ie Boxing Day and New Year's Day, they scheduled us in without any say in the matter
They continuously broke the law - DSE regulations were in place but never adhered to.
I was being bullied by a manager and brought this to manpower attention on a few occasions to be told I was "making things up"
They also advertise for sky jobs but BT don't allow this and know nothing about it, we were basically bribed to not mention this to anyone.
I have been seeking legal advice on the bullying front and will be taking it further
