Listen to your temporary staff

your regional manager from bridgend is a bully

Complete extensive research on your assignments, watch the teams you will be placing your contractors closely before agreeing to hire for them. I was bullied, and Manpower had virtually nothing in place to help me as these where ‘Permanent’ members so I was forced to leave.

Inform your workers that they are not needed when you get told so that like me they don’t waste an hour of there time at 5 am driving an hour to be told by the company I should of been informed on Friday not to return. !! Absolutely shocking organisation from start to finish

Progression and development is being given to FT workers not PT

Help jobseekers learn about the company by being objective and to the point.
