About us
Manorcourt Homecare, the homecare services division of residential care provider Healthcare Homes, specialises in delivering a range of care packages to people who wish to remain in their own homes for as long as possible.

We offer a wide range of care and support services throughout East Anglia and in to Greater London, including:

Personal care routines - including morning assistance, help with washing and toileting through to evening assistance to prepare for bedtime

Domestic tasks such as laundry, ironing, cooking, shopping and cleaning

Assistance with taking medication

Meal preparation

Live-in care for short or long term periods

24 hour live-in care

Night time care, including waking or sleep services

Respite care to enable loved ones to have a break


We also provide specialist care and support services for people living with dementia. We have a team of Dementia Care Coaches who provide advice and support to those with dementia and thier loved ones.

Other specialist services include providing appropriate and sensitive palliative care for people who are nearing the end of their lives.

Our staff are trained to the highest standards in conjunction with our internal training team and a detailed programme. Our staff are not only chosen for their skills but for their warmth, friendliness and caring attitude. The team is focused on providing care that upholds and respects you or your loved ones rights, with a focus on dignity and promoting independence.

Our care staff meet all of the requirements of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and are all checked through the Government's Disclosure and Barring Service.

Manorcourt Homecare is accredited to Investors in People.

All of our branches are regulated by the Care Quality Commission and we are very proud that all of our homecare branches are 100% compliant with the standards set out by the Commission.

Swaffham Branch manager shows no interest in caring about staff, cares more about uniform than quality of care. Pay is better than most and with enough hours salary is decent but you start work at 6am and finish at 10pm on a split shift to be up again the next day to start at 6. Other care staff are good but the co-ordinating and management leave something - more...
