I initially felt proud to work there but sadly that changed when I realised mft management in the CDS were not supportive to staff and didn't ever want to deal with issues you raised with them. There was no duty of care to employees. Management were the let down over all although the dentist's and some hard-working reliable nurses were fantastic.

You are given more and more work, your work is never picked up when you go on holiday and your to busy stressing about the workload your going to have when you get back while your off work!
