I can't think of a single reason I'd give up the job! The hours are flexible and none of the open days are compulsory so any time you can't work you dont need to! Unless, of course, you've stated previously that you can work on that day.

Proud! Considering the national minimum wage for 18 year olds is currently £5.90, I encourage every other student I talk to about jobs to join the Jobs4Students scheme and work with the uni for £8.77 an hour!

You don't get a feedback only a telling off. One staff member was more of a manager (weekly meetings, help and advise, sets weekly targets for me, support, gave me feedback good or bad) to me then the real manager.

HR only supports Managements and Senior managements, if you're below these people then your feelings and wellbeing doesn't matter or looked at.
