Was a horrible place to work. They have no idea! Over worked for very little.
Used to be a great place to work but senior management have lost communication skills. Feet don't know what the hands are doing.

It varies from the hotel to the hotel and is in total control of one person - the GM, and if he is a bully, you have either to obay, or look elsewhere.
The organization is mostly chaotic because no professional communication between departments.
Managed by Mr Macdonald, the owner and chairman. This means that the hotel is fast paced with decisions made quickly.
