For me, a typical day at Lucky Days starts off by preparing all the sandwhiches that where to be freshly made and all the salads. I then would carry all of these down the 3 flights of stairs to the ground floor and rearrange them in the sandwhich fridge and present them well in the windows along with the cakes. I would then make sure both ground floor, - more... first floor, stairs and toilet where all cleared and clean ready for customer use. I continue to do this throughout my shift.
