Kiss a** you'll be fine....
Managers have their pets so does the head of compliance if you wear a skirt, your ok.

It's kind of place if you want to work put your head down you won't be looked at.
If you have a big mouth and kiss a** you'll be promoted internally.....and no one will batter an eye kid.

Stay away from here if you don't want panic attacks and white hair.....
Pros
Free fruit, dress down friday

WORST place to work
Legal Administrator (Former Employee) –  Leeds, West Yorkshire13 December 2017
Managers are rude, not helpful and treat people like dirt. Managers do not own upto their mistakes they want to blame others (I.E. People working under them) managers will lie to save themselves, make things up.

Pay is very low and there is no proper training in place. People that have just started the job will get paid more than someone who has worked there from before.

No progressions, manager's will make excuses as to why you cannot progress but they will progress others I.E. Their friend's.

They have high staff turnover due to the way people are treated by management.

If you would like to be constantly stressed out and have health issue's due to work then this is the place to work.
Pros
Other workers on your level
Cons
Managers, lies, wage, your own health will be affected

Fantastic place to work
LRA (Current Employee) –  Leeds, West Yorkshire26 August 2017
Lowell Solicitors is great I have worked there also for over a year and I think it's brilliant, the management team are fair and the pay and bonuses are very competitive. As long as your work hard and do your job you are very well looked after. They also have a lot of fun days and do very good work for charity!!
I would definitely recommend Lowell Solicitors!! Nice people and nice benefits :-)

fast paced dynamic organisation
Group Procurement Manager (Former Employee) –  Leeds, West Yorkshire18 August 2017
a very exciting and fast paced environment in the face of significant growth. The company has great aspirations but equally values employee contribution and has the customer at the heart of what they do (given the sensitive nature of what they try to achieve) - I was given a blank piece of paper to mould as I wanted to which was great for me!

No progression or flexibility
Lowell solicitors (Former Employee) –  Leeds, West Yorkshire27 July 2017
I worked there for over a year
They don't want you to progress because they have to give you a pay rise and put obstacles in the way
Managers are polite but don't really care
The head of the floor of Lowell solicitors is very racist and likes to bully people
She behaves like a bully and thinks she's superior and clever
No flexibility with working hours and a lot of gossiping and rumours
They have a lot of different people working but to progress you have to be white and then rest is for show
I don't recommend this place long term it's not good for your health
Also call quality always seem to do more checks that you fail on minor things , so does management near bonus time
They want you remain at probation level for aslong as they can get away with it
Stay away from this place
Pros
Canteen ok
Cons
Long hours no flexibility

Not the job applied for
Data Inputter (Former Employee) –  Leeds, West Yorkshire12 June 2017
Not recommended. Job description irrelevant to the actual position offered. False security. Inappropriate language and gossip. Very clique. Permanent staff favoured over temporary staff and treated very differently.

Customer Service Advisor
Customer Service Advisor (Former Employee) –  Leeds20 March 2017
This company strives for good customer service and helping customers to manage their financial states whilst also realising that the people on the other side of the phone are human. As a result of this, the service provided is always tailored to each individual's circumstances which is a huge bonus for a debt management company, companies that are usually seen as evil and obsessed with the revenue.
Working here was great due to the lovely colleagues, free shuttle bus from Leeds centre, subsidised meals and free fruit every week. Progression here is also achievable provided there are signs shown of dedication to the company and its values.

There weren't too many negatives apart from it takes 1 1/2 hours to get to work in the mornings and this time again if not longer, is taken to get home from work. So a lot of time is wasted in travel, reducing the amount of time you have for the rest of your day's activities.

A lot of people would enjoy working here, however it won't be some people's cup of tea.
Pros
Free shuttle to and from town, kind and caring co-workers, managers always try to help, subsidised lunches, free gym with initial members fee, quick progression if determined.
Cons
Travelling to and from work takes 1 1/2 hours, under paid after taxes, overtime being reduced to single time, no work/life balance, training given was minimal

Debt Advisor (Former Employee) –  Leeds, West Yorkshire30 January 2017
I worked here for 3 months, had to leave because the stress was triggering panic attacks.
The job is repetitive and you have to speak to customers from an exact script, if you say even one word wrong they pull you up on it, it's rediculous. They don't respect you as a human being, you're just there to do the job.
Constantly having your every call listened to then marked down on every tiny mistake that doesn't even matter. The staff are bullies that rule by fear.

Free parking

Poncy and pretentious team leaders who think the world revolves around them. High staff turn over and a generally unpleasant workplace.
Customer Account Advisor (Former Employee) –  Leeds15 July 2016
The only reason that anyone would like to possibly work at this place are because of the half decent pay and your lovely work colleagues.
There is literally no reason why you would want to work for this company that tries its hardest to look like a professional and established business, that is unless you like being watched 24/7, monitored and picked upon for every single thing that you do.
There is no job security and the only way that you will get anywhere in that establishment is by wetting the buttocks of your peers.
Pros
Money
Cons
Everything else.

At Lowell Group my role involves talking to customers, setting up and maintaining affordable repayment plans for them by understanding their individual circumstances and recommending the best course of action. This involves dealing with a combination of inbound and outbound calls. Our company is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority where I have to ensure customers are treated fairly. This includes recognizing customers who are in financial difficulty and those who are very vulnerable.
