Sold to me as an inbound debt recovery agency when I joined. I quickly got to discover that this wasn't the case.
The work/life balance is good...as long as you get the right shift patterns.
The reason I say this is because a few people that I joined with were given different shift patterns to that they had been promised with at interview stage and - more... the company held NO flexibility on changing it.
The vast majority of the people that work there are great to get on with and I enjoyed working with everyone.
The offices are large and has two canteens with plenty of food to choose from.

ConsHeavily target based operations. Meal times and breaks are also heavily scrutinised.
