There is alot expected of client advisors and very little time to complete it all. The company provides fantastic customer service. Products are exciting. Training is very intense as there is a lot to learn about products and the history of the company which is exciting but very overwhelming at times - especially when it comes to the mystery shopping - more... time of the year - a lot of pressure to perform! Management doesn't seem to do as much as staff and often seem to leave early , have lots of holidays and weekends off.
