Main responsibilities, creating, updating a maintaining reports. Liaising with other dept's and schools. Preparing payments for schools. Preparing Teacher Pensions report's.
I learned how to produce reports for the Teacher Pensions Agency and preparing audit's for government appointed auditor's.
I was responsible to senior management including the Children's Services Director directly to authorize payments.
I was part of a large team, working together in completing report's efficiently and in a timely manner.
The hardest part of the job was to deal with the auditor's as this required me to obtain paperwork not only internally but externally, for work not undertaken by myself.
The most enjoyable part of my job was the report's that I needed to create whilst keeping a audit trail.
