The long review dated 18th August 2017, was very accurate and describes the job exactly as it is. Horrible complacent management, who treat you badly whilst asking "What can we do for you?"
They don't care. So many rules and regulations that help no one. Don't do it.

Oppressive and bullying
The management bully the workers underneath them. They state how supportive they are to their workers, however the reality is so different. Many are leaving the service due to the oppressive culture.
Bullying culture
Everything is a target and it’s extremely stressful with home life becoming non existent ! Proper abuse is every day and that is now part of everyday working life
