Oppressive and bullying
The management bully the workers underneath them. They state how supportive they are to their workers, however the reality is so different. Many are leaving the service due to the oppressive culture.
Great place to work
Fantastic staff dedicated to patients. There are some aspirational senior managers and a coalition of people with an innovative and strategic mindset. A pleasure to work with.
