Spa Therapist (Former Employee) –  Luss, Argyll and Bute21 March 2018
The training is of a high standard and continual. It's explained on interview that you mostly work week ends, so not a surprise that during the season this is the case, but it is hospitality where most business is week ends. This can be a little tiring during the season but you get time back at winter. The physical work load is not high, but the standards are, which is where most of the pressure is. Lots of rewards and nights out, so can bring a social aspect to your work. Best I have seen of a company this size. Rota out 2 weeks in advance. You are expected to work most not all of the summer and take holidays at quieter times. Annualised Hours contract which makes your shift flexible. Best team I've worked with and great support by supervisors and management.
Pros
Gratuity/ Free Lunch/ Lots of skin products
Cons
Work most of the summer

Food & Beverage Assistant (Former Employee) –  Irvine18 January 2018
No work/life balance: told not to plan anything on days off and confronted when cannot cover shift at drop of a hat
Supervisor incapable and resorts to bully tactics with young staff members to intimidate.
Staff members known to be put in dangerous situations within workplace due to lack of organisation by superiors.

The only enjoyable part of the job is interacting with members.
