Stop being so target driven on calls made, we are dealing with human beings with complex issues asking 12 calls per hour can be unachievable if the patients needs make a call extended. We can only work as fast as the patients time takes on the call. This is supposed to be a care industry patients care should come first not box ticking.

You are contacted by OH and need to have up to date blood tests and if not then one of the trainers takes them at induction. This also happens when you send your blood test results and they lose them!
