Being let go
I love the part time hours and good people to work. Would only leave if the bank closed down.
After 11 years its time i tried something new.
The reason I left was that the management team played staff off against each other from different units in the group. the loosing team would find themselves either made redundant or restructured into another team. Management always looking to reduce the salary bill and actively sought to reduce experienced staff on higher salaries for more inexperienced life skilled staff on lower salaries.
