A very poorly paid job that comes with not many benefits!
Management are a joke, a bunch of kids allowed to progress too quickly. Their new job role goes to their head and boss people around too much and get away with murder themselves!


Parking is an absolute nightmare! Car park not near the building and full of pot holes. They do provide minibuses but they are irregular and irresponsible drivers who speed and run red lights. A few of them get quite aggressive towards other drivers too.
Pros
Gym on site. Good food in the canteen.
Cons
Poor pay. Awful, inexperienced management. No decent benefits.

Es una buena empresa tienes algunos beneficios como descuentos y crédito, sin embargo es una empresa familiar, es decir el sistema de ascensos se basa en que debes ser familiar o amigo y no por tus resultados laborales, si tienes algún familiar o amistad en puestos clave seguro vas a ser ascendido

Durante el poco tiempo que se laboro en el lugar hubo cambio de roles en tanto jefes directos que me entrevistaron dejaron de serlo a los pocos días. Había una fuerte falta de comunicación entre las área lo cual derivaba en retrasos, mal entendidos, y tiempos extra forzosos. Hubo incluso un asunto interno donde compañeros firmaron una petición de queja formal a directivos superiores de lo cual no se solucionó nada. A los 3 meses era el único que quedaba de los que fuimos contratados para el área y ni siquiera así me dieron la base.

Also the nice people but the work load is intense. Constantly under pressure and feeling overwork. But there are great benefits, so as dress down Friday and discounted lunch.

Working at Amazon flex, my day would start by attending the depot early to have time to locate my parcels and load my viechal to make my day more efficient. i've learnt about how to deal with sensitive customer information and how to deal with age restricted parcels . The management is very helpful within the depot.

La jornada laboral es extensa como en cualquier otro empleo de Retail sin embargo el excelente ambiente de trabajo hace que el día se vaya rapidísimo liverpool es una empresa que cuida muchísimo a su personal, aquel colaborador que se aplica y que tiene ambición por un crecimiento es un hecho que lo obtiene, la mejor empresa que conozco hasta el día de hoy me siento orgullosa de haber tenido de escuela a Liverpool.

Seguro de gastos médicos mayores, vales de despensa, dos dias de descanso por seis trabajados, obsequio el día de tu cumpleaños, fondo de ahorro, seguro de gastos funerarios, servicio de comedor, días flexibles, vacaciones.
Cons
Ninguna contra te paga por lo que trabajas y te premia cuando lo mereces.

En este trabajo aprendí a organizar tareas y gestionar equipos de trabajo. Aunque era un trabajo de carácter físico, no estaba exento de la utilización de competencias y conocimientos adquiridos para la gestión y administración tanto del tiempo como de los recursos para la consecución de los objetivos diarios de la empresa.

Los turnos de trabajo son muy extendidos, sobre todo si hay ventas nocturnas. Para turnos completos son dos días de descanso y para medios turnos de tres a cuatro. El sueldo mensual es muy bajo para la carga de trabajo y las comisiones no son buenas (menos si tienes una antigüedad menor a tres meses). Tienen buenas prestaciones después de haber cumplido el año de trabajo. El personal es en general amable y está dispuesto a resolver tus dudas. La capacitación es pésima. La parte más difícil del trabajo fue alcanzar meta de venta, no siempre hay muchos clientes y si no vendes el sueldo no te alcanza. Lo que más me gustó de trabajo fue el trato del personal superior para con sus empleados.

During my time at LV= I have had the opportunity to develop myself as a line trainer and buddy within a sales environment which enabled me to become a team leader within sales and then moving in to claims. Over the last three years I have been working in a claims environment developing myself as a team leader gaining wider experience managing people.

I have also taken the opportunity to work on the implementation project of the Avaya agent toolbar across the claims sites where I have had to:-

• Managing the full roll out across claims to an agreed time frame as set by the project team

• Effectively communicate progress of the role out to project team in weekly meetings

• Agreeing roll out date with each site and communicating this back to the project team and working with CIO to raise change requests

• Be flexible in my approach in order to meet business needs

• Liaising with each site to gather PC requirements and arranging software instillation through the CIO change request process

• Completing out of hours testing of the toolbar and re testing on failed areas this involved me scheduling times for lines to be open and assigning skills to a UAT agent

• Travel to sites and engaging with the different claim areas to gather business requirements by working with the various claims managers and their teams providing details to telephony configuration for technical build

• Communicate effectively with claims managers and handlers

• Provide on site support for each claim site while delivering process change

• Giving continuing support as a subject matter expert
