I worked as cleaner from January to October on a temp cleaning contract 6hours a week cleaning portacabins. Straightforward work on my own. Most people want permant contracts but I needed work even temp. It did me and kept me busy getting out 3days a week.
I have worked for this company for nearly a year as a Labourer in the West Midlands area. I have done lots of jobs in the past, with various recruitment consultancy’s. I can honestly say this is the BEST AGENCY in the WORLD!! All the staff are brilliant, so helpful and don’t think about themselves, but their priority is YOU! All the staff are like your friends and are one cohesive unit. They get you the job and they sort everything else out, you have no worries!! So efficient!
Top consultants, good pay, no worries
Woman on the phone was so cheeky because I got a new job offering more money as anyone else would I took it and got some attitude on the saying I won’t be working for them again, wouldn’t recommend anyone to work for them the pay was terrible for the jobs we were doing.
Temporary agency not usually specializing in office work. Not always truthful but it worked out well over-all. They had no idea what I was doing for the client - they would've charged them a lot more if they had.
Trusted me to get on with it and manage my own relationship with the client, got work immediately at a lovely company.
Role wasn't defined when I got there, my experience carried me through.
Just lying middlemen after a commision wage, go direct and avoid them if you can, lied saying i get 8hours when i really get 7, it really is just annoying cause i could of spent the same time at another job which wasnt lying about wages to find workers
Just not all relevant information given
Avoid like the plague, yet another crappie agency promising you everything but giving you very little, you get payed through either umbrella and they well and truly fleece you,or PAYE but your hourly rate changes and goes lower which is a con.No cis option to get paid because you guessed it they want there cut!!!
Worked on and off for linsco...to be honest there slightly better than most agencies in the derby/notts area...as most are staffed by arrogant kids who like playing God...they find me work now and then but on plus side i.be found their payroll staff are quite good and helpful..nice you actually get your pay slip emailed on a Wednesday and prompt payment friday...some of the staff can be a bit trying..then again i,'ve been with them too...but always eventually Work with them again..so have to say i,'ve had far worse
Worked for the nottingham branch lots of times everytime poor service promise you the world until your on site then they couldn't care less jack reid is the worst sends 3 or four lads to the same job when they only require one arrogant little weasel never again
worked for this company for about 3 weeks when I 1st moved to Lincolnshire worked about 40 hours a week and the advert I applied to said I'd be paid minimum wage, I was never paid minimum wage roughly half. I WOULD NEVER WORK FOR LINSCO OR LUNSCO AS THEY ARE KNOWN NOW.
Do not work here. Enough said. It is a ridiculous joke of a company, the Leeds office - management is pathetic and has had 2 turnovers of staff in 1 year. Which means 8 people have left and had the office only accommodates 4/5 max.
Long hours, bad management
Hard work for little recognition, can be quite stressful with long hours and not much motivation from management. very clicky team so you really need to fit in, there was a lot of team work put in. social outings every friday, and really hard to make good money not much support and long hours
