I was asked about 20 questions
I went for a deputy position and a very relaxed atmosphere. A service user sat in and also asked me questions, which was a brilliant idea
If anyone doing your interview can actually read any of the interview questions then it would be amazing!
Unless you are a criminal you'll get the job, any job, probably not the one you interviewed for though and you obviously won't get the job if someone's sister, daughter, neice or neighbour is going for it too.
They will ask lots of very difficult questions and you will have at least two people interviewing you, both of which will have been cleaners a few months ago. You will feel as though the interview was a disaster but you'll still get the job because they are desperate for staff because it's rubbish.
When can you start!
