If you work full time 44.75 hours a week, you get 24 shifts paid annual leave...good luck getting to actually take them though! And no chance of time off in December.

Yes. Nobody is working their agreed hours. It's very pressured and don't ever bother to hope for some time off when you actually want it, and Christmas is a joke too. No such thing as part time.
