Customer Service Advisor (Former Employee) - Kingston upon Hull

Huge workload for minimum wage. Poor quality of products, encouraging more complaints. Horrendous warehouse management. Lack of care for staff. I learned to be cautious of working for online companies. Workplace was soulless and depressing. The only good thing about this job was the overtime rate of pay, provided because they had no choice.

Issues emerged due to rapid expanison of the company that were not always resolved in a timely and efficient manner causing further problems. Processed returns, customer service.
