I felt unsupported and anxious whilst working here. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to work as a TA in a school, the pay is poor, there is no job security and they don’t care about your cpd or training. They want people to do the job of a teacher whilst paying them very low salary.
What advice would you give the CEO of Lincolnshire County Council about how to improve it?
Try to gather info from workers on the ground rather than the management process ie those at the top lf the tree. Think about improving technology so that some meetings and assessments could be carried out using skype or video link due to the size of the county.
What is the most stressful part about working at Lincolnshire County Council?
High caseloads and large area to cover so time issues. Also there is a clique culture which can be very disheartening if you are not one if the clique.

Have a building that was safe, close to amenities, good safe carpark.
